A Day At The Park

Taking a look around AOL J-land last night, I see the after Christmas-Funk has lifted. We are in higher spirits...

It was time for us to take those new toys out and play at the park. I won't say anything else about that. If you click on the album...our story is there. Have a Happy New Year!

ps::I'll try to make a New Year's entry...Can't wait to look around J-land this evening to see what you are all doing. As for me, I still haven't had Christmas with my whole family. (my Mom and Dad came over for a little while on Christmas day.)We are going to my  brother's house tomorrow for our family Christmas. I will be making my cheese ball tonight and taking a swig of champagne here and there. (I better make that cheese ball first) It's been our tradition since having Stephen to NOT party. We sit home and watch Dick Clark, and let Stephen stay up and watch it too. (he has sparkling grape juice)

Happy New Year!
I have no plans for tonight, only to spend
it with Dallis, just hanging out ourselves,
probably pop a few fireworks. My days
of partying ended a long time ago.
Many blessings and love for you for the new
year.
Love you all, Penny & Dallis

New Years partying is in the past for me as well. Oh well.. better to be at home in front of the TV than on the road with the drunks, in my O. The only tradition I really have is making absolutely sure I stay up until at least midnight so I can say hello to the new year. Gonna do cheeseburgers and brownies as our celebration dinner, sans champagne, as the stuff gets me into trouble. LoL

Happy New Year, Mia!

P.S. Looks like you guys had a GREAT time at the park!! I love the slides. I'm still a kid at heart. It's good for the soul, I tell ya! :)

Know what's fun about this entry for me? Obsession's music video was filmed in a park - slide, swings, seesaw, etc. [video was never completed, take it up with the production company!] Glad to see you're having fun Mia. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year's! :) Love you.

Ah, Trish!?! Are you serious!?! I can't believe the irony in that. :) Believe me, If I'd had a portable cd player w/me, that's what we'd be listening too at the park. (Listening to it now) I come from a musical background, my whole family played an instrument, or sang, or both. I feel that I have good judgment in music-YOU have got IT! Have a happy new year! Love you!

These pictures looked like a lot of fun, each more so than the last. You all are full-forward people! Man ... and rollercoastering your way down slides too!? Think we're not going to be hearing from you all early tomorrow morning. If the day doesn't tucker you out, then the night? Happy New Year to all! Our love Corey

Mia, I haven't been here in a while and I see I've missed a lot. I'm all caught up now. My heart breaks when I read about your struggle to accept the life you've been given. But, it fills with love and joy to know that you feel comfortable to share it with us all. You are truly a special woman! Happy New Year!!! ---Robbie

Happy New Years to you and your family. Absolutely loved the pics of Stephen with Daddy, something about a father & son sharing tender moments always gets me. Stephen looks pooped in the last picture. And I have LOTS of fingerprints like that on my windows and TV too : ) ~~God bless

Sounds like a quiet, cozy but wonderful New Year's Eve, Mia. What can be better than greeting the New Year with the people you love most? And those pics are adorable! Happy New Year!

Yay! I came back for the pictures! and I am soo glad I did. What a wondeful photo journey. my fav. (hard to pick) one Stephen and Daddy walking back to the truck. And the one of him in the back seat with the smudgey windows :) He's just smiling right through them, looking like he has the best time in the world with two great people! :)

Mia I LOVED the pictures. I see the boys were having fun with the Hummer while you were having fun with the new camera. Had a relatively quiet New Year's eve. Had a late lunch with a friend and spent the evening with my best guy, Ikenna.
