checking in...

Hello, everyone. Just checking in. I need a magnifying glass to see what I am typing. Is it just my computer, or is the font in AOL-J land, very tiny since Tuesday evening?  If anyone has any idea what is going on, please e-maiil me. I cannot read the entries or comments in journals, for the font is so small.

Thanks

YOur font looks okay to me. So maybe you need to go to control panel and fix your font. One person said restarting your pc can also put it back right. have a great weekend Lori

Update:: I am now viewing my journal through netscape, and it looks normal, so I am sure that it is my Internet Exporer that is messed up :( I ran a virus check and I indeed was infected with trojanhorse BackDoor.ruledor and my AVG "healed" it, but I guess damage was done to my internet explorer. I just don't have time nor the patience to deal with it now.

No, I probably won't update for a while.

Most importantly:: Please, pray for Stephen. He had to go to hospital by ambulance yesterday morning with full body and focal seizures, alternating.  He is home now, and doing fine.  But that was SO scary. If I straighten out my computer, I'll update on his condition.

thanks

I haven't updated in a few days, so I don't know if there's a NEW problem, but there's always something!

Hope all is well with you and Stephen, give the guy a hug and kiss from Dallis and I!

Love you, Penny

Hoping your son is okay. The world gets to be a very small place when a child needs attention.

{{{{{ Mia }}}}}  good to soee you even if I am squinting to read the font  LOL    No, I haven't had any font issues, but then again I always change my font to 14 pitch whenever I do an entry so if there was a change I wouldn't even know LOL   Hugs and kisses to you and {{{{{Stephen and Paul}}}}}.

Mia, I have found the opposite.  The font seems to be HUGE since my happy return to AOL-land....  Was wondering if it was only me and something the computer guy did to my settings....  Hoping your fonts are better, thinking I prefer bigger over having to read with a magnifying glass.

your font looks really little to me....

Mia, congrats on the feature.  Weren't you featured before?  I guess this is double-peat, woohoo!

Oh, I don't think the fonts are any smaller.  I think you'll just have to type in bigger ones.  I did. I guess I'm getting old, arghhh.

Just wanted to tell you how much I was touched by your journal.  I work for a non profit organization in Dallas and am trying to do my part to help disadvantaged children here in North Texas.

I grew up in Birmingham, AL and it is so nice to read about a "Southern Sister".  Hope you and your family have a wonderful vacation.  Am also counting the days until our trip to Orange Beach, AL.  My husband and I are going the week of my birthday too! We live in Dallas now which is so landlocked!  I dream of the beach all year long and can't wait to drive South....

Take care,

Lisa
